There is something with the lower deck portal room however: It cannot work the way you did it, because the lower deck cannons are shoved through the outer hull - it will always break portal rooms if you stick parts of the mesh through its walls. There is a smiliar issue with the mast housings. I also noticed that the interior section near the stairs is separated from the portal room, but with the exact same naming as the outer one; i would just leave it out altogether because of the cannons primarily. Nonetheless a beautiful ship!
